I got a brand new Airtel Digital TV connection on 25th oct 2015, At the time of installation they took 335 Rs for package cost even tough the first month package cost is free of cost but even after taking 335 Rs they installed the wrong package which cost 253 Rs.

I have tried a lot to sort out the things exactly for what i brought the connection but they are not keen to sort it out rather they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs each time i call them.

I requested them saying if you are not interested to give better services then disconnect the connection and refund my money but they are deny to do any sort of refund.
