Dear Executive,
I’m extremely frustrated after buying ‘Dr. Aquaguard Magna (RO+UV)’ water filter against Customer ID 8000601247 for a purchase dated June 12, 2015.
Right from the first month onwards, the above water filter has not been functioning properly. The water filter disposes of at least 15 litres of water against 1 litre of water and it takes about half a day to get just 5 litres of filtered water.
The above process is not just frustrating but is not feasible for a family of six members whose requirement cannot be fulfilled by this defective water filter.
After four months of usage and lodging complaints several times and visit by your technician, the water filter is still not functioning at all.
Request you to either replace this defective water filter or refund my money Rs. 17490/- as soon as possible.
I hope that due actions shall be taken at the earliest possible. Thanks.
