I am a hathway customer account number 1180178.It started in the month of september after a back end updation of their systems I had stopped getting internet for almost an entire month..and after spending 300 rs calling their customer care over and over again the customer care representative promised there would be an extension given to my account for their mistake,and I did insist the representative to send me a mail regarding the same and after agreeing to do so,no mail had been sent..and they said there was some back end issue and the extension would be provided after I renew my account..they fell short of their word again.in this month of october they had decided to launch a new log in page even after the ad they provided mentioned explicitly "no log in required"..following several attempts of trying to log in,I just realized I couldn't even use the internet I had paid for.Again the entire charade of calling their customer care and spending over 150 Rs holding in line just so the manager named revathi could cut the call.Finally they promise to fix the issue within 24 hours..all I can say is I placed the complaint on the 21 of october at 7 its been over 154 hours and I still do not have internet,to add the fact that they suggest that I've used my entire download limit at the time when I didnt even have internet is just appalling.
