I had posted requirement at indiamart and other b2b sites . I recieved a email with detailed product info and pics . I liked the products and asked for samples before proceding into big deal . I transffered the amount of 700INR for samples after that i recieved just 1 email that we have dispatched . Since then they are neither replying to email nor picking up phone And neither have i receved any parcel . I tranaffered amount via netbanking . To their given account . I want the action to be taken against those and also my sample amount back .
