I have purchased a scooty Honda Activa i on 02.03.2015. I have gone to service center (Dealer-SMS Auto, Kodalia Bandel) for 3rd free service on 26.10.2015. one major problem was speedometer was not working. After attending, service authority told that cable cut and it is not covered under warranty and I supposed to pay Rs 130/- for that.
My question is 1. Whether it is under warranty? 2. If yes, why they are not provided? 3. If not covered under warranty, Honda is used such a parts that damaged & cut within 8months of use, why?
I expect, the cost is to be returned to me by M/s Honda.
