Hello,

I had purchased a Micromax Canvas A350 handset from Amazon.in by placing an order on 10th October,2014. Since receiving the handset, i've been facing various problems with it and have had to submit it for servicing at M/s Vashi Services, Thane twice. First on 24/05/2015 (jobsheet # W03578021515251703) and took more than 2 months to receive it, only after repeated follow-up. Only to go dead at the start of August'15. So again on 08/08/2015 (jobsheet # W030578-0815-18446170) it was submitted and to be replaced but till date only lame excuses or customer call disconnections have been received. This has lead to lot of embarrassment and made a laughing stock out of me.

I would like to complain about their substandard product manufacturing and non-existent/irresponsible customer service and seek compensation w.r.t the mobile handset and the ongoing mental agony.
