Complaint Details
Due to inaction of the company for prolonged poor services, I've asked for disconnection. But the connection continued and bills kept on coming even without usage. Instead of providing details and explanation of the bills, the guy threatened me over phone. Then, I started receiving calls claiming to be from Delhi Civil Court (mostly fake). Lodging this complaint as I feel threatened. Kindly take appropriate action. Already tried contacting the company officials, but they don't respond. Attaching a screenshot of the mail that I've sent to them. Also attached is the last bill, which clearly shows 0 MB usage.
