Partial withdrawal amount transferred to someone's else account and now the executives giving the standard complain fwdd to concerned dept reply - seniors not available and a call back to be expected after two days...its been a week since the wrong transfer has been done knowingly because as per records available with Tata AIA the bank details updated are not the one to which the amount was transferred
