I had registered for Reliance connection by paying Rs 1765/- on 5/10/2015 and have received a mail from Reliance regarding the application acceptance. I was promised by the salesman (Ponnusamy - 9629666246) that the connection would be setup in 2 working days. Now 3 weeks has passed and he is not answering my calls. I called up the Broadband in charge (Mr. Rajesh - 9367787200) and now he is telling me connection is not feasible in my area. But Reliance customer care says that connection is feasible. If connection was not feasible, why did the sales person take the amount from me. My office has reliance connection which is 50m from where I want the new connection. So I know feasibility is there. Kindly look into the matter and give me a solution asap.
