Complaint Details
Food Bazaar that promises of the lowest price on all the products have cheated me and have charged me extra twenty on MRP by selling me an old product with a price of the new. I brought O.B. Pro Comfort Tampons Lot no. 1405262013 manufactured date 12/14 and expiry date 25/05/2017 which has MRP of INR 175/-. But I was charged to pay INR 195/- by the company. On speaking to their executives, I came to know that the product was charged on the new price which does not explain me paying extra.
This is cheating consumers where old products are sold on new high prices. Request you to take a note of this where Future Group is cheating its customers. My details of the bill is as attached and my details of purchase are as below:
