I have a post paid connection by Idea (9718723434)

My plan is no shock bill 249 which includes 512 MB of 3G data per month. Idea also claims carry fwd of data if unused for the month.

However, for the thrid month now IDea has been charging Rs 300 for 2G data while I am unable to use the free 3G data.

Inspite of calls and emails no action has been taken.

I refused to pay for the 2 G data and paid the balance of amount as per the std billing incl the taxes after talking to the customer care.

However my number has been disconnected now.
