Complaint Details
Sir/Madam,
1. I am Sharada S Lohit, wife of a serving Army Officer. I hold an SB Acct at SBI, Air Force Station, Yelahanka, Bangalore. My details are as under
(a) Customer Name - Smt Sharada Lohit
(b) A/c No. - 31086817738
(c) ATM Card No. - 6220180068000410826

2. I had given a written complaint to the SBI Manager, Air Force Station, Yelahanka, Bangalore regarding an unauthorised transaction of Rs.7096/- dated 24.09.2015. The ibid amount was debited as reference to transaction dated 27.05.2015.
(a) Txn Date- - 24.09.2015
(b) Amount- - Rs.7096/-

3. However, I had not done any transaction with the merchant on that day for the said amount. Therefore, the debit of Rs.7096/- dated 24.09.2015 is INCORRECT and UNAUTHORISED.

4. Vide my written complaint to the Manager, SBI., I had requested that the transaction be reconciled and the amount of Rs.7096/- be refunded back to my A/c. The case was taken up by the Bank manager with Card Operations, Mumbai. But they have not taken any action.

5. I want answers to the following -
(a) Why and how my account was debited Rs 7096/- on 24 Sep 2015 when I have not done any transaction with the merchant(Titan Eye Plus) on that day for the said amount.
(b) Pin point responsibility for this mistake and what punitive action taken against the Office Bearer
(c) Reason for delay for more than a month after having submitted my complaint
(d) Pin point responsibility for this delay

6. I request you to please help me out since all my efforts have failed.

7. As a customer, I DEMAND that the wrongly debited amount of Rs 7096/- ALONGWITH INTEREST be credited back to my account IMMEDIATELY.
