Complaint Details
We do not have internet everyday. We have to call their support line everyday twice or thrice, i even send emails to them with no proper response. Even now i am using my phone internet as the hathway broadband is disconnected. This is happening everyday, they will not refund the money. This is not the service what we are paying for, we should get what we paid for.
