Hi,

I submitted my under warranty mobile - nokia lumia 1020 on 16th Sep 2015, and and it was due to be delivered on 07/10/2015, its been about 50 days and there is no proper response I am getting from them, they are talking nonsense and doing false commitment. Please look into the matter and take action asap.

I purchased this mobile for more than 20,000, and this company is not serious about the customer complaint.
