I disconnected the RCOM land-line phone no. 01334-325888 on 25th Apr'15 but RCOM is not refunding the security deposit . According to RCOM it is refunded within 60 days but now more than 6 Month have been passed but I am not getting the security amount yet. I calling many times to RCOM customer care but they are unable to resolve the issue and case is pending in Appellate Authority since 13th Aug'15 approx two month but no positive response every time I called they provide me new complaint nos. and tell me wait. They unnecessary holding small amount of Consumers. I request to please refund the security deposit ASAP because your specified limit is over 4 Months back. My alternate contact no. is 9319947988.
