Complaint Details
Purchased a samsung smart TV priced Rs110000, just after the warranty expired in 2 years, its display panel got defected, and we are been asked Rs41000 for repair. My complaint is how do such high priced products get defected in such short span of time, that too when purchased from a reputed brand, and are asked for so much money for repairs. Its hard earned money thats been spent on purchase and i am now forced to pay another high amount for repairs.
