I am a customer of Airtel DTH for more than 5 years. This year I am being facing lots of problem with the DTH connection. Every than and now there no signals and it remain so for long number of days. I even keep complaining them about it but no respite. On the other hand they keep deducting the money from my balance even when I am not able to consume their services. When complain about this, they do some technical corrections for the signal from their side and again services resumes but no refund what soever for the days when services were not provided. I always asked them to provide the refund for the days when their services been interrupted but they do not listen at all.Even I recharge my connection regularly without any default. I am not happy with the service provider and it makes me feel upset and irritated.I want a resolution for my services and want compensation from service provider for not looking after the customer complain.
