I have purchased new connection of tata docomo postpaid with new walkyon 2july15 which had got problem on 12august15. i call 121 coustomer care , person visited from andheri division said that u need to replace walky ,i said ok , they replaced it with old model which got repeted problem. i informed everytime to constomere care but they fail to change my device. i did 10 to 15 times complaints but they are not responding to it. they are not ready to change it my new walky no is 2255 which was replaced by 2222 old outdated model
