Dear Sir,

Hereby, I am seeking your help to redress the "Introduction of non-existent issues in my Ford Fiesta Car after a Ford Service"

My Ford Fiesta Car with Number Plate KA01 MC3283 (at KM : 101892 Kms) was given for Service at Lathangi Ford Service(Lathangi Motors (P) Ltd. ), Hosur Road, Bangalore on 30/10/2015

The Car and the Engine was in good condition ( running smooth and fine) before Service.And probably it needed some Oil/Lubrication Service.

But, the Service Adviser Mr. Shyju advised us the 1 Lakh km Service to be done by them. We agreed to the same.

When received and Tested our Car we noticed that my Car is now facing issues which were non existent earlier ie., before service.

Below are the List of issues which were non existent earlier ie., before service

1) After Service : Now, After the Service, my Car is Unable to accelerate after reaching a speed of 70-80 Km/hr even at a Top Gear like 5th Gear. This is a new issue introduced by Lathangi Ford Service(Lathangi Motors (P) Ltd. ), Hosur Road, Bangalore

Before Service : The Car was comfortably cruising at speeds of 140 Km/hr

2) After Service : The is a loud Noise at speeds of 60 km/hr. There is a loud Belt sound which can be easily heard from inside the car (even with Closed Windows) if you try to accelerate beyond 60 km/hr

Before Service : The Car was comfortably cruising at speeds of 140 Km/hr smoothly without any noise. No noise could be heard from inside the car.

Kindly register my complaint. Hereby, I am seeking your help to redress this "Introduction of non-existent issues in my Ford Fiesta Car after a Ford Service"
