Sir,I have complaint against Dr.Rajender S.Tomer Founder & Chairman IMIRC Sahibabad,Ghaziabad.He took Rs.50,000/- from me against admission in M.Phil in 2011, but he neither given me admission nor refund my fees.I request him regularly but he always promised me that fees will transfer in my account,but I didn't receive money in my account till date 02.11.2015.Now he is not receving my calls.He is cheated me,sir not only me,he cheated many students like me.I have fees receipts of more two students those are cheated by Dr.Rjajender S.Tomer Chairman IMIRC Sahibabad Ghaziabad.Sir please help me.
