This is complaint against ‘Apollo relocation services India Pvt. ltd Delhi based company’ who have cheated on me for my package and now they are not responding to me in any ways.

I had given my household items moving from Delhi( Ayanagar Phase-2) to Hyderabad on 10th October 2015- Total 16 items major items contains (Refrigerator, Cooler, LED TV 32inch, 2-big size travel bags, 2-cartonBox Kitchen items and One carton box packed other house hold items ) I had made whole payment of Rs 13000 in advance. They promised me it will be delivered in maximum 8-10 days (before 20-Oct-2015).
I made payment for insurance for my items, but even I didn’t receive any insurance documents from them.
But till now I didn’t receive my goods I started calling them but he was ignoring all my calls. I have to call from new number to get catch hold of him but those all efforts are unsuccessful as he gives some or the other excuses all the time. I have called many times in last 10 days. It’s getting almost a month.
This is complete mental and monetary torture to me. Also it is wasting lot of time in following up for my package
Please help me in getting my package as soon as possible and charge them for harassing customer like this and advice other customers not to do business with them ever. They are big cheaters
