Dear Sir,

My mobile No. is 8507356607. Balance of rs 35.00 were deducted on 18.09.2015 against jyotish shastra, on 04.10.2015 rs.35.00 were deducted against juice up and on 20.10.2015 rs50.00 were deducted against masti club. none of the above services are requested by me. When i talked thrice to customer care first two deductions were refunded. But third time they are neither registering my complain nor returned my money. They straight forward answered me that this money will not be returned. Please note none of the service were activated by me.While we try to customer care they dropped my call without listening my complain. This happens on the regular basis on my number. I complianed to the customer care same day of deductions. we are suffering alot. Now I fear to keep main balance. They never admit that these services are activated by them. They always say these are activated by you. Please help me.
