I contacted one of the DEN Boomband connection provider named "Abhay" in Dilshad Garden Contact No : 09911132747. He came to my house for all paperwork on that very same day (CAF No. DL 0096264) & took a payment of Rs. 2500 by check under the name "DEN Boomband". I warned him that it's hard to get internet connection in my area but he still assured me that i will get it & said that their technical team will come in next week to check proper specifications. Their team arrived next week & they said that we can't get internet connection in my area because of some cable length problem & said to contact Abhay again to get refund I called him to get my refund & he said that I shouldn't listen to the technical guys & I'll get my connection soon. So I trusted Abhay & waited for technical team to come again but nobody came. After waiting for a week I called Abhay & warned him that I'll file a complaint if i don't get any connection & he still assured me that i'll get the connection. So I checked DEN Boomband's facebook page & requested them to look into my matter. They told me that i'll get my refund of Rs. 2500 in next 7-10 working days. It's been 2 weeks now & I still haven't received anything
