Complaint Details
Sir, i have booked a plot of land in Neemrana Gateways by Klazina Consultants Limited. I was allotted a plot under Regn no;0913-003 and unit no-92 was allotted in block A in Sep 2013. Also, i was given a written buyback policy with 15% p.a return after 2 years in case they don’t deliver the project within 2 years. Now builder is not offering plot in the same project as they didn't get clearance and is instead offering in another project at some other location which is not specified yet. When i asked for the buyback and returning my money, they refused to accept the application as they claim they can't do it before Apr 2016 and after that they will take 90 days in returning the amount. This is complete harassment by builder as they first fail to deliver the project they took money for.Sir, plz do needful in this regard
