Subject: Non-allowance for boarding the Jet Lite fight no. 9W-7032 from Mumbai to Raipur date 04.11.2015
Dear Sir / Madam,
With due regard, I K.K.Yadav-BE (Mech Engg) & MBA (Mktg & HR)- working as Chief Manager in ONGC, BKC, Bandra (E) want to inform that today in the subject flight, my old age cancer patient on wheel-chair mother Smt. Dev Kunwar Yadav (F-76 Years) and my elder sister Smt. Kiran Yadav (55 Years) were not allowed to board the flight no. 9W-7032 from Mumbai to Raipur date 04.11.2015 ( PNR No: 46LS5P; E-Ticket Nos. 589-9392691621 & 22-BOTH SLPTER), even after their arrival at the domestic airport gate no.2 at sharp 12.10 pm. I requested alot to the available senior as well as junior managers of Jet Airways to kindly atleast listen to my request and consider the case of my mother on wheel- chair. But deeply regret to submit that none of the office bearers helped them and finally refused straightaway to help them. Ultimately they had to resort to the Indigo flight at 14.55 hours alternatively.
Sir/Madam, I literally showed them the case-file of my mother bearing regn. no. CM/28673 issued from the Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, where my mother was operated for removal of left breast and we had directly reached to the airport for catching the flight. The relevant testimonials (which I will be sending to your office in my following mails after taking the scans from my sister from Raipur) scan be verified your concerned authenticity.
I am extremely shocked to come across this kind of pitiful situation and the kind of response from the airlines like Jet Airways (of which, my employer i.e. ONGC is one of the biggest corporate customers). I have been travelling more than 25 years in the past with Jet Airlines.
In view of the above, I sincerely submit that kindly consider my case for refund of the two tickets amount after doing the justice giving due consideration to my mother's case and thereby just not let go a customer who might prove to be a potential valuable individual in the time to come for Jet Airlines in terms of so many other commercial perspectives for Jet Airlines.
