I have paid the amount 251112.00 from the believeing of your word that my CAR has ok. but the CAR was found faulty not running condition hence if you are génuine Person then return back this amount i.e. 251112.00 till the CAR has not ok.pl as intérim refund this amount immediately as soon as the CAR WILL BE OK and certified from your HO TECHNICAL PERSON , I will pay this amount immedaitely along with your all dues as you raise and also arrenge the TEXY AMOUNT immediately.

pl arrange This amount and full repaired and arrenge the CAR at my balotra office along with the certification from your HO. TECHNICAL PERSON .

Earlier when you asked the amount 251112,00 that day you have also assured me over phone that my CAR has been ready i belive your word and no question any daught from your word, i pay this amount immediately through RTGS, then i have sent the driver to PICK MY CAR, But during the trial the CAR was not in running condition hence my driver has return back to BALOTRA , YOU NEED MORE AMOUNT 31000 APP .we have never refused to pay any due amount we need certification from your HO TECHNICAL PERSON as my car has fully repaired.

I believe that as business person you will not complied to take up this issue before HON COURT.

If not possible that my car is not repairable then pl confirm clear cut world from your H.O.technical person. after your confirmation that my car is not respirable the i have purchased new CAR from other company so that we will have to relax the CAR TEXI CHARGES already paid as from last 4 months 60000 per month calculated as 240000.00 and last 2 months as 90000 per month calculated as 180000/- total amount already paid (due) 420000.00 . the texi owner need this amount as interim please arrenge this amount immediately and also confirm from your H.O. That my CAR has not repairable.

pl refer your letter no nil dated 03.09.2015. my reply is as Bellow.

1.You are saying me in this letter that bno.895 dt 03.3.2015 has been paid by me after vehical verified by my dirver. your statement is totaly false. The fact is that i have paid this bill from your téléphone and after your confirmation that vehical has been ready then there is no question to daught your world. and i have paid this bill through RTGS ON DT 04.3.2015 RS. 251112.00. My driver has recache your office and before the driver has reached to your office, the RTGS has been credited into your account.pl check your bank statement Creully.
i donot know that why you are telling white lie. i again blame you that your intention is totaly melafied and at any cost you like to take more more money from us.its done offense and i have no other option that i have complied to lodge a F.I.R. in the POLICE Station of BALOTRA.

2.If as you are saying me that i should take delivery my CAR. i am ready to take delievery of this CAR immeditely. if CAR is fully repaired and issue certificate from HYUNDRI Head office technical person as soon as you will do the same, pl arrange the CAR to deliever at BALOTRA. I will pay your amount at BALOTRA when you will be deliever this car.

3. Regarding the engine issue its confirm that as CAR is in your possion since the CAR deliver to your office for accident case. and while the Insurance person has verified the car there is no any lake of engine. if found then why the INSURANCE SURYER has not point out this mistake. its confirm that this mistake has been done from your end with intentaly melafied you have done this defect. it will also treat I.P.C. 420. I have no other option but to lodge a F.I.R. in the police station.

4. you have sent a reminder letter dt.21.08.2015 and showing me that my address is incomplete sirji. my address is correct as per your photo copy of reistry no.RR826793065IN and i donot liable for this if any lake it will be liable for postal département if this post has been return back showing the address as incoplete.

Your demand to take 250 per day for parking charges also Offence under 384 IPC as we are in need of CAR and as interim i have already hire a car texi since 3 months at the rate of 2000 per day and since from 01.09.2015 i have take a CAR TEXI for the rent as 3000 per day you will be also responsable for this amount.
