I have made multiple complaints with MTNL. It is now been almost a month and our connection of landline 21013212 is barred from services without any intimation. I have already visited MTNL office 3 to 4 times, however, no body is taking the responsibility and no person is resolving the issue. They are telling us that it will take a few months to resolve this issue.
Further, they are not even telling us the issue. How can it take so long to resolve a connection?

How can a consumer expect such a response ? How can I live a regular schedule without a landline connection ?
There must be some concrete steps which should be taken and this matter should be taken up in immediate basis.
