Dear Sir,
I am using my vodafone number since last 7 years. From last couple of months the service of the company is not satisfactory. It become miserable when the service provider start deducting for the services that was not activated or initiate to activate by me. Today on 7th Nov 2015 in the morning 10:51 I was using internet on my tab. During surfing some popup window is blinked. Later I've got a message that I've subscribed for vodafone TV & Rs 35 is deducted for the same. When I contacted in customer care, they replied that I'd clicked on some link during surfing. I am completely dissatisfied with the answer of executive. I'd not get any confirmation to activate such service & service automatically started. There are many popups that starts during surfing. In this way they can deduct much balance in the name of such service.

This service is activated that is completely against my concern. Please look into matter.
