Complaint Details
I had got Tikona Installed on 1st of March 2014 and since then till 1st March 2015 i got very limited or no connectivity. Had raised it multiple times to vendor through their contact center (literally spent hour each day post office to raise complaints). Always heard the same answers - restart laptop, issue at network, server upgrade, some issue going on in area etc. I had kept paying my bills.

In beginning of 2015 i have had enough as i had been paying every month for no service and customer support, a lot of times i had to move to cyber cafes or resort to mobile internet to complete any important work. So i raised it to their top management, email ids of those are - sridhar.krish@tikona.in, prakash.bajpai@tikona.in, tarun.kumar@tikona.in, heramb.ranade@tikona.in

But none of it helped. Their customer care started contacting me themselves and did a troubleshooting of network for another 6 months. 1-2 months bill was waived off in lieu of no connectivity and they asked me to pay for 1-2 months which i did in hope it will close. But then in the end they told me they can't assure internet in the area (while during demo during installation they said it is going to work all fine), and asked if i would like to continue. I told them i will not pay for time till it is not corrected and they refused to demand. I said then i don't care i am not paying for it.

And then they started sending bills, accumulated to INR 2k and have shared they will go for legal action.

Now question is, even with -
1. Thousands of complaints lodged and no resolution (time and effort and money wasted)
2. 10-15 KBps speed received in 4 Mbps connection (have screenshots which i had shared with customer care staff over email) and they acknowledged the issue multiple times
3. Vendor confirming he cannot provide service
why is vendor always having the upper hand?
Is there a place a complaint can be lodged against these scoundrels?
I have tons of mails which i had written to them and still i am on receiving side.
