Dear Sir

I purchased a phone as a gift for my parents via snapdeal via order # 9647189104 dated 30th Oct 2015. My parents received a faulty phone so as per snapdeal policy I tried to process a refund online but it gave an error and asked me to contact customer service. I sent Snapdeal a screen shot of that error and asked them to process a refund but instead and without my approval they sent a replacement phone, which I do not want anymore. My parents instead want some other phone.

I have tried contacting snapdeal and as per their policy would like a refund. I would be happy even if they give me credit of the same amount so I can make purchase from their website. But they are not sticking to their advertised policy.

Please assist
