Complaint Details
1. On 30th march 2015 ,a Fhising Activities were detected using ICICI C Card of Myself .Card No- ending with 3002 .
The matter was brought to notice of the Bank & the Card was blocked,In the meanwhile An amount total amount of Rs.8000.00 was fhised out by miscrents .
2. ICICI bank was intimated in writting about the incident with a request not to penalise the card holder for this act of Fhising.
3. In reply ICICI bank had advised the cardholder to pay the Phished amount in full Ltr-dt-15th April 2015.
4.The entire amount Rs.8000.00 was paid to icici in full by UBI Vashi Chq Dt-17-09-15 .

5.This payment was recd by Icici bank in due course .

6.Since then The card validity expired & being blocked no transaction of any kind was made.
7.Inspite of paying the fished amount , the bank started to charge ,wrongly ,various charges like ,late fee , finance charges ,,membership charge etc.
8. some how the bank had communicated about reversal of some of these wrong charges during Sept 2015 . But continued to levi charges wrongly till date .
The subject cardno-4629867055193002 , has been blocked since -30th March 2015 .The cards validity exoired on May 2015 , no newcard was issued to me so far .
from the above you can see ,from 30-03-2015, no transaction was possible .
Even after regularly writting to the Bank ,they are continuenig charging late fees , finance charges etc towards a Credit Card which virtually non existant .
your asistance is needed to sortout the matter .
