Sub: To replace the handset
I purchased a handset by Flipkart from your company named Redmi 2, Order ID: OD002784807318201700 I, At DATED: 07-05-2015. As my handset have a problem (power charging). I gave it to the service center for repair. Service No 0890032615 They returned the handset and said "the repair work was finished”. But the handset was in the same condition only, they did not repaired the handset, we believed your company handset is good, and we received the recommendations for your handset company from Flipkart ,but your handset company spoiled my peacefulness and believeness. but till I have good hope about your company please .So kindly replace my handset.
