Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have been cheated by Thomas Cook India. I recently booked a tour for Europe for parents. The company charged 2,16,000 for the trip. My parent's Visa was rejected by the embassy. The company charged me for the Hotel and the Flight tickets which my parents haven't used at all.
The company says that they made my parent's sign certain terms and conditions which mentions that the visa approval is the decision of Embassy and that under any circumstances if the Tour is cancelled, 100% cancellation charges will be incurred by the consumer.
Even though my mom-dad havent traveled, we are being charged 50,000. This is against the customer and any policy that promotes such practices, should be invalidated and strict action needs to be taken agianst these travel agencies for duping the customers.
