I ordered Xiaomi Redmi 2 from flipkart but as I was experiencing hardware probkems i raised a return request, which was within 30 days from date of delivery as per the condition. While the return process was ongoing they terminated it saying i crossed the timeframe, which i believe is ckearly not true as request was raised within timeframe. Whenever I presented this point, they aggreed and reinitiated the process but then again terminate in middle owing the sane reason. They are avoiding to return the product and trying to keep me in loop without giving ckear reason. Please help me in this regard.
