Hello team,

I have purchased Lenovo laptop on 13th August 2015 in VSL Electronic Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad. Laptop serial number is: PF06XYXF. For this purchase, they provided one BTC offer of 1 TB external hard disk on paying of extra Rs.499.00 I have paid that Rs.499.00 amount through Lenovo official website and got BTC offer number. The offer number is: BTC65265.

I have not received the offered device yet and I have been contacting their customer care for 1 TB external hard disk shipment since purchase. But they are not at all responding and diverting call to some other person and so on.

I am spending so much of time every day to reach them but they are not at all responding with the proper information related the issue. I am losing my time and phone calls.

Could you please take the initiate and reach them out to get the offered device.
