Dear Sir,
Please find attached the scanned copy of the bill for the purchase of Venus Lava instant water heater and the service Delivery cum complain record given by the technician for charging Rs. 800( Rs.500 towards heating element and Rs. 300 towards service charges)
I have purchased the heater only in 09.07.2014 which is evident from the invoice enclosed
As per your specifications in website and on the box it is evident that the product is covered by warranty for 2 year for heating elements and 10 year for copper container further you have also assured that the service request will be attended to within 24 hours.
In my case your technician has charged me Rs. 800 both for the element and services charges which in contravention of the specifications of 2 years warranty as mentioned by you company, and you have also not attended to the services within 24 hours as assured by your company which is also a contravention.
Hence I request you to take up the matter immediately and refund me the amount of Rs. 800/-
Hope this will be attended to on priority
