Complaint Details
I have purchased a SONY LED TV (28 Inches) on which i am suppose to get the SONY ear phone free. I dint received it and when i contacted Vijay Sales for getting the same the staff was very arrogant to me and told that i have to visit the store personally and they will not give the delivery at home. Also i was forced to signed the receipt saying i have received the product.

They agreed to give me the ear phone only post when i firmly told them that i will file a complaint in Police and i have not yet received the ear phone nor they have given me my money back
