sir, this dipawali 2015 I along with my family on 12/11/15 went to dum dum barasat 24 pgs north my children wanted to but chocolates and other edibles from r n guha road where I found that the weighing machines were old i asked for the bill from a shop owner an aged person but he refused to answer to my query also the chocolates contained fungus and rotten smell came out my children threw down the stuff from their mouth as I asked for an explanation from the shopkeeper the oldman started to use abusive language to me not only me my children my wife had to bear rough words gestures from the old shopkeeper later on i came to know that his name was nilratan saha shop location boro kali i was stunned that an aged person can talk to such an extant anyway it looked that the state legal metrology is not active in the area not only this shop but many other shops are in same position. How come they assault the customers like brutes? Who support them? Who gave them such power? Their language seems that they all are Bangladeshis settled all around the place.They have no Trade license / food license but running business for years.They get the local support.It seems they do not comply to the Indian law. Please take necessary steps as per the law and an exemplary punishment could br fruitful to alal the illegal businessmen shopkeepers of the locality
