I have purchased a mobile from this site which was received of different colour and used.when contacted them they said I will get a resolution in 5 days. But I received no response after calling up many times at 6 day they said send us images of productsl. And after mailing they were supposed to reply by 12/11. Now they are saying it will take twenty days and then they will decide that my product will be replaced or not.i am feeling harrassed and my money is stuck with them with no reply. They reply as is i have taken their money.please help
