Complaint Details
I had bought a blue color Ray Ban shades from book my offer.com with the order # 080467752128779 and paid 1000 rupees upon delivery.. however upon delivery i realised that they had delivered wrong product and instead of blue they had delivered black RayBan. i raised a replacement request with the company and they raised an internal ticket # MD8-2QH-DWEU (Ticket number: 27876) and had promised to resolve the issue within 5 working days. However post that i have been following with them over email and over phone but have received no response from them. Their help line number gets disconnected everytime i call them and have sent them 3 reminders over email. (please see the product photo attached along with my email to them)
