I am using postpaid Tata Docomo services on my GSM mob. no 9215804158. On 3Aug 2015, Dive in VAS are deactivated on my request to their customer care.But in Oct Bill Rs 350 are demanded for using Dive in VAS service. How they can activate Dive in VAS service on my number them self even after my request for deactivating these services on my number.
