Complaint Details
I had ordered a Brother Printer in Snapdeal on 01/11/2015 and paid the amount of Rs.16480/- through netbanking. From 05/11/2015 there was no update in the tracking details of the courier (Bluedart). Then I contacted customer care of snapdeal twice but they did not take care of the complain and till now they have not delivered the item
