Dear sir/ Madam
I my self vinod kumar singh kharsan took policies from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company LTD. On 17-nov-2010 and continued till date with out taking any claims for last five years.
Policy no: OG-15-2321-8401-00000024, renewal issue. As sum insured increased from 1lack to 1.5 lacks. Policy ending at 19Nov2015

From last five years I have been a good customer for you themnot taken a single claim and want to continue further also.
But I am forced by agent or by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company LTD this year. For switch to sum insured of 1 Lack to 1.5 Lack for my policy no- OG-15-2321-8401-00000024 . And as result of that my renewal Premium is increasing to double. Which is totally wrong on my financial part. And also company is stepping back by his old promise’s done to me.
Sir when I took the policy it was told to me taking policy at lower age will benefit me in higher ages , my premium will be low at higher ages. At that time I was looking for health insurance of sum insured 50,000/- only but seeing your company policy I took sum insurance of 1 lack each for my family.
So why now company is forcing me for higher sum insured. ? I am not asking them ,they are forcing.
Agent is also not helping.( TAPAN KUMAR DEY ,AGENT CODE: 10007679, CONTACT NO- 9229284211, 9229284221) . I talked to customer care many times registered my problem ( Reg no-675327 ) they did not help me for days. They told me two things:
1. Company policy has changed, bajaj feels 1 Lack sum insured is not sufficient for you.
2. Go talk in office of your city.
Iam in contact of agent & customer care from 9 November2015 till date but no help.
( Sir/Madam I have all details what happed with me from 9Nov2015 till date.) Sir this is what I am getting from company customer care, agent and branch office? Being a good customer I have renewed and paid my premium for last five years. But due to carelessness and negligence of Bajaj Allianz my policy is under the threat of lapsing . I don’t want to laps my policy; I want to continue with my old term & conditions. As sum insured of 1 lack is ok for me & my family right now. As premium paid for it is bearable for me. In future if I request you then , only apply new term & conditions. Till then kindly keep me in old conditions as promised by Bajaj Allianz.
Kindly help me out, I want to continue with you. Save my policy from lapsing. I am ready at once to pay my renewal premium for policy no- OG-15-2321-8401-00000024. With my old terms & conditions of sum insured 1 Lack. And keep my family safe of any medical uncertainty .
