Complaint Details
I have ordered Four Sony 4GB SDHC memory cards in ShopClues.com website on 31/10/2015 10:25 AM with an Order Number: 73951087.
They promised me to deliver the order within 10 days, but now it is around 20 days and the order has not yet delivered to my home address and they made the status as completed without delivering the product.
I have called to customer care many times and sent e-mails for the same but there is no proper response from them. I have wasted a lot of money, time and phone bills for this. I am irritated like anything and I didn't get any justice from them. So could you please help me while resolving the issue with a compensation?
