Complaint Details
I purchased a product through fabfurnish.com (order no. 206948126)which arrived in a completely damaged state. After much of requesting my money was refunded but only as reward points on their site. So I was forced to buy a new product from their side. This one turned out to be in an even worse condition then their previous product. Their own carpenter has admitted that the product is beyond repair. I now want my money back and not as any reward points.
