I would like to lodge an official consumer complaint against Interior decorator Eureka and saisun associate pune

I already paid Rs 300 000 out of decided value of Rs 389000 to Saisun associate. for interior design of my new apartment located at B904- La tierra, Vishrant wadi, Pune, Interior has left the work incomplete after 4 months (Commitment is for 45 days), giving reson that i have pay rest amount also, if work required to be complete. whatever work they have done is half completed.

Now as all the remaining work i completed by my own, (I have all the receipt of expenses i paid) Interior came to my home and asking to pay full amount and threatening that they will send supplier of raw material to recover their money from me, or he will pick up or damage the furniture he made in my home.

Now, Interior has also lodge false complaint in police station.

I lodge a complaint in consumer redressal forum on 8th of september 2015. also with department of consumer affairs on 14th Oct 2015 (Complaint id- 193375.3.2015)

He is also claiming that i paid rs 280000 to him though i have proofs of payments all transferred through NEFT & cheque to his account.

I really do not understand how to take up this as even my family is suffering from this type of his behavior
