I had paid INR 6840/-for services of Green Stock Advisory for Equity trading advisory on 24 Sep 2015 through Pay U Money gateway. I was told the services are available only post payment realization in their accounts and i complied with their requirement. But after the payment was done there was no response from vendor Green Stock advisory despite repeated follow-ups for close to a month. After which i requested them for a refund of my payment as i have not availed their service due to lack of response. It has been a month since i'm sending reminders over email and by phone there is no response from the vendor. The payment gateway "Pay U Money" which has issued the receipt for the payment says they are not responsible beyond 30 days of the payment. Request you to please take necessary action to get my refund processed from the vendor.
