Complaint Details
have purchased a SUKAM BRAINY Solar inverter with battery on May 2013 from a Sukam Dealer, Jyothis, Ettumanoor, Kottayam dist. While purchasing the dealer has given lot of merits about Sukam but I am not getting any benefits even I spent Rs.50000 + . If i am using a cieling fan only when there is no grid power I am getting only 2 hrs backup. Also during day time if there is no grid power it is not charging from the Solar power and I am gettin only 1 hr backup time. My electricity current bill becomes high after I purchase this BRAINY. Two times the Inverter went down and your engineer came and replaced something and at present it is very horrible to continue with this unit. 800 VA inverter + 150W battery giving me 2 hrs running time for a single fan. I had registerd a complaint (14102255598) with Sukam on 25/10/2013 and I contacted the Sukam support Manager Mr. Sreejith on 13th November and one engineer came on 15th November and said it is battery complaint. Till now they haven't replaced the battery and my issue still continues.

The dealer also telling the cant reach sukam support. Looking for your immediate support
