Hello,
I purchased their "Supercharge" charging option when I decided to go for traveling via China. It was for Rs 915 and according to the website you get altogether 20 airtime minutes. It was a successful recharge and SMS came to my phone that it has been successful. But when I reached China, it did not work. Beyond China I traveled to Canada and there also it did not work and I had to put money in the main balance which is about Rs 150/min. That Rs 915 are still lying unused and I had face several troubles because of this. What I want is either this 915 returned back to my bank account (which I used for recharging the phone) or transferred to my main balance for future use.
