I join NIIT institute in the August 2013 as they are offering 2 years GNIIT COURSE and 1 Year internship and i would be ready to do the job because by that time i would have finished my college and this course as well but the institute finishes its 1st semester by taking almost 1 year and delaying in exam result also because of that it make it difficult to start 2nd semester exam and 2nd have also taken around 1 year to finish but exam not taken yet and they have promise me that the cousre will finish within 2 years but they have finished only 2 semester in 2 years this was happening because they don't have enough faculty and facility to finish it to finish 2 semester they have change 5 faculty and same with their centre head and GL also they are also changing continuiously and it make it difficult to compelete the course on time and this also not the end they have change centre also before i was in churchgate for semester and and due to some institute problem they change the niit churchgate to niit Bandra centre and transfer all student there and there also they didn't facility of faculty for 3rd semester of mine that time and telling me to get transfer to NIIT borivali or Niit Grant road afer wasting 2 months.
so. i decided the leave NIIT and take refund from them and i have fill the refund form on 7th july 2015 but they are delaying in refund they have told at the time of filling the form that refund process 1 or 1 and half month and you get the refund and after 2 month i call them they told me refund process have not started yet.When i call them continuously then they start the refund process of mine and told me that i'll get the cheque on 16th of october but i didn't get the cheque they me the same thing it is in process and tell i'll get cheque on october end and when i call them at the monh end onf october they told it is still in process and given me again date on 10th November but same thing happen again the person i was talking for refund she left the NIIT and ask for my refund they told i'll get after DIWALI when i call them they told me you are in que other student are also there for refund and told me i'll get the call from there side when cheque arrive but i have not get the call yet and almonst 5 month have gone hearing the same thing it is in process it is in process it is in process.
SO PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUND BACK

i would like to have your advise if it is possible to get refund back as they also made a false promise to complete the course in 2 years and it is almost over and yet only half of it's portion is finished
